Refund and Return Policy

At Creativexty, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at support@creativexty.com with your order number and the reason for your return request. You may also sign in to your customer account at https://account.creativexty.com to view your order and request a return, when available.

Return requests are reviewed according to our return policy and eligibility rules. A return request does not mean that the return is automatically approved. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and the return address. Items sent back to us without an approved return request may not be accepted.

Return requests made after 14 days of delivery are not guaranteed, but customers may still contact us. We will review late requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer a suitable solution depending on the situation.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the product description, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Personalized or Custom-Made Items

Personalized or custom-made items are created specifically for each customer. These items may not be eligible for return due to change of mind, incorrect customer-provided information, or personal preference.

However, if a personalized or custom-made item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the approved design details, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and offer a suitable solution.

Earrings and Pierced Jewelry

For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewelry may have additional return limitations. However, we will always review requests involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or misrepresented items.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, you may request a return for an eligible item within 14 days of delivery and place a new order separately.
