Your satisfaction means everything to us. If something is not quite right with your order, we’re here to help.

 

1. 🕒 Return Period

 

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

2. 🚨 Damaged / Wrong Item Received

 

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will resolve it right away by covering all replacement and shipping costs.

 

3. 📦 General Return Conditions

 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Fit for resale.

Used, altered, or damaged items (outside of initial transit damage) may not be eligible for a refund.

 

4. ✍ Personalized Products

 

Custom-made, engraved, or name-personalized items are considered final sale. They are only eligible for exchange or a full refund in cases of production errors or damage, due to their customized and non-resalable nature.

 

5. 🚚 Shipping Costs

 

Return shipping responsibility varies depending on the situation:

  • Our Fault: If the issue is from our side (damaged/wrong item, production error), all shipping costs are covered by us.

  • Customer Choice: For returns based on change of mind or choosing the wrong size/color, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

6. 🔄 How to Initiate a Return

 

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@creativexty.com with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.

  2. We will respond within 1-2 business days with detailed instructions and the return shipping address.

 

7. 💰 Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days
