We care about every order and do our best to prepare and ship it as quickly and safely as possible.
1. ⏳ Processing Time (İşlem Süresi)
Most orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days. (Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.)
2. 🌍 Estimated Delivery Times (Tahmini Teslimat Süreleri)
These times reflect the estimated transit duration once your order has been shipped:

Please note that these are estimates. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or customs procedures.
3. 💸 Shipping Fees & Customs (Kargo Ücretleri ve Gümrük)
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Free Shipping: Free shipping is available for orders over $75 USD.

USA Customs & Duties: For orders shipped to the USA, all customs duties and import taxes are included in the shipping fee (Delivered Duty Paid - DDP). The customer will not incur additional customs charges upon delivery.

International Customs & Duties: For all other international shipments (Europe, Other countries), any customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
4. 🏷️ Tracking (Takip)
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the carrier.
5. ⚠️ Delivery Issues & Support (Teslimat Sorunları ve Destek)
If your tracking information has not been updated for 10 business days or if your package is marked as lost, please contact us immediately so we can assist in filing a claim and finding a resolution.
